Dr. Nelson received a BS in Biology from Bucknell University.  She then received her medical degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School.  She completed her pediatric residency from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where she also spent a year as Chief Resident.  Dr. Nelson is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Dr. Nelson joined the practice in July 2011 and is thrilled to be serving the South Brunswick community.  She lives in Freehold with her husband and children.
